The Avia B.228 is a derivative of the Ilyushin Il-28, featuring a traditional design with high, straight wings supporting sizable engine nacelles below.
The bombardier occupies the transparent nose section, while the rear of the fuselage houses a turret equipped with two 23 mm cannons.
Despite its resemblance to World War II medium bombers, the aircraft incorporates modern elements such as swept tail surfaces, a pilot’s bubble canopy, and an ejector seat, blending classic and contemporary features seamlessly.
